Cancellation policy

TIBER LIMOUSINE requires a 20% advanced payment to book.

We’ll refund you 100% of payment if you cancel a service you have booked at least 48 hours before the beginning of the service.

In case there are extreme events, independent of your will, so that you cannot use one of the services you have booked, we’ll refund you 100% of the payment you made. For example in case of flight cancellation or plane landing at a different airport because of weather conditions, cruise ship that cannot dock because of rough sea, sudden strikes, just to name a few events. Obviously we are flexible and will simply reschedule the service you have booked if you are arriving with a different flight, for example.
