Tiber Limo customer service will reply in a few hours, usually in less than an hour if we receive your request from 06:00 am to 10:00 pm, time in Italy.
Sometimes it happens that emails containing prices are blocked by spam filters and end up in spam folders so please always check spam if you don't receive our reply in a few hours.
If you don't find our reply within 12 hours try and contact us again. We always reply to all emails so something went wrong. If you used the contact form please check the email address you wrote in the form or try contacting us via email.
All our limo services are private. All our drivers speak fluent English and are licensed and certified qualified by the municipality of Rome.
For our private limo services we use Mercedes sedan E-class cars and Mercedes Viano Saloon Deluxe minivans (max. 7 passengers), fully equipped, A/C.
Price is the same for Mercedes sedans and Mercedes minivans. Refrigerator with fresh water on Mercedes Viano Saloon Deluxe.
Price includes: English speaking driver, all taxes, passengers insurance, tolls, parking, fuel, baby seats and wheel chairs if requested.
Not included: entrance fees (where needed), lunch
Gratuity is not included in our rates and this because it is not mandatory in Italy. The price we list is what clients have to pay. Obviously if the clients really appreciated the service and think that the driver deserves a tip they can decide to give it.
For airport pickups, our driver will be waiting in the arrival hall of the terminal the flight arrives at. When the clients come out from the exit gate, just as they exit customs, they will see our driver holding a sign with the pickup name or holding an iPad with pickup name written in big fonts.
Clients don't have to worry if their plane arrives early or late. Our standard procedure involves monitoring all flight arrival times. Regardless of late or early arrivals our driver will be there at no extra charge. Our driver will wait up to one hour and a half after the plane has landed, at no extra charge. If clients have problems on their arrival they should contact +39 3661544984 and our driver will wait even more.
Seaport pickups and drop offs are at the cruise ships. Clients don't have to walk or take shuttles. Our company is authorized to drive to embarkation/disembarkation areas in cruise ports. For seaport pickups our driver will be at the exit of the ship holding a sign with the pickup name or holding an iPad with pickup name written in big fonts
